Are all products sold on Lakinza authentic?

Yes, we guarantee 100% authenticity. We source all our Korean skincare and cosmetics directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers in South Korea.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and tracking information is provided via email.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to a select number of countries. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of available destinations and international rates.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.

How can I check the expiration date of my product?

Korean products often list the manufacture date (제조) or the expiration date (까지). If you are unsure how to read the date on your packaging, please contact our support team.
